Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety of combining two drugs, abemaciclib and darolutamide, in 10 men with advanced prostate cancer that had spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The main goal was to see if the combination was safe and tolerable. Participants were followed for up to 32 months.
