Summary
This early-phase study tested the safety of combining two drugs, abemaciclib and darolutamide, in 10 men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. The goal was to see if the combination is safe enough to study further. Participants were followed for up to 32 months to monitor side effects and how long the cancer stayed under control.
