Summary
This early-phase study tested two drugs, abemaciclib and letrozole, in 27 women with endometrial cancer who were scheduled for hysterectomy. The goal was to see if the drugs could slow cancer cell growth by measuring changes in a biomarker called Ki-67. The study focused on understanding how the drugs work in the body, not on curing the disease.
