New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This early-stage study tested an experimental drug called ABBV-CLS-579, alone or with other cancer treatments, in 101 adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard therapy. The main goals were to find safe doses and measure how the drug moves through the body. The study also looked for signs of tumor shrinkage.
