Summary

This study tests a new drug, ABBV-706, against standard treatments for small cell lung cancer that has come back or stopped responding. About 531 adults will receive either ABBV-706 or one of three usual drugs (topotecan, lurbinectedin, or amrubicin) to see which works better and is safer. The goal is to shrink tumors and help people live longer.
