Summary
This early-stage study tests an investigational drug called ABBV-319 in about 36 adults with lupus or Sjogren's disease. The drug targets and depletes overactive B cells, which are immune cells that drive these autoimmune conditions. The main goals are to check safety, how the drug moves through the body, and whether it reduces disease activity. Participants receive two doses by IV, three weeks apart, and are followed for nearly a year.
