Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called AB821 in about 50 adults with advanced melanoma or other solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. Participants receive AB821 every two weeks, and researchers will monitor side effects and any tumor shrinkage.
