New drug combo trial aims to shrink hard-to-treat tumors

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called casdatifan (AB521) in people with advanced kidney cancer or other solid tumors. The goal is to see if it is safe and tolerable when taken alone or with other cancer drugs. About 362 participants will join, and the study is currently recruiting.
