Summary
This study tests a new drug called A166 in people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread and no longer responds to certain previous treatments. About 40 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive A166 to see if it shrinks tumors or slows the disease. The goal is to find a better option for patients who have run out of effective therapies.
