Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug (8-chloro-adenosine) combined with an existing drug (venetoclax) in 30 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia has come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects. The study is currently on hold.
