Summary
This study tests a cream made of two medicines (5-fluorouracil and calcipotriol) on children aged 4 to 18 with warts on their hands or feet. The goal is to see if the cream can clear warts without the pain of common treatments like freezing. Sixty children will use either the active cream or a placebo for several weeks, and doctors will check if their warts shrink or disappear.
