Summary
This study tested whether playing a 3D puzzle game could improve cognitive skills and life engagement in older adults. Forty people aged 65 and older from a nursing home took part, with half playing the puzzle game three times a week for 10 weeks. Results showed significant improvements in attention, concentration, visual construction skills, and overall life engagement for those who played the game.
