NCT ID NCT07195201

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study compares two ways to make dental onlays (custom caps for back teeth): 3D printing and CAD/CAM milling. About 29 adults will each get one onlay made by each method on opposite sides of their mouth. Researchers will check how well they fit, look, and feel over 18 months to see if one method is better.
