3D-Printed tooth crowns: a new era for dental repairs?

NCT ID NCT07228572

First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at how well 3D-printed resin nanoceramic crowns work for back teeth. Sixty adults who need a single crown will get one made with a 3D printer, and dentists will check the crown's look, fit, and function right after placement and again at 6 and 12 months. The goal is to see if these printed crowns are a good option for fixing back teeth.
