Scientists put knee replacements to the test: which alignment works best?
NCT ID NCT07367802
Summary
This study aims to understand if a newer, personalized 3D alignment method for knee replacements leads to better movement, strength, and recovery than the standard method. Researchers will compare 45 people who have had either type of knee replacement, along with a healthy group, by measuring how they walk, their muscle activity, and their pain levels. The goal is to gather knowledge to help surgeons choose the best technique for future patients.
