Summary
This study looked at 20 people with severe knee arthritis who needed a knee replacement. They were randomly given one of two types of implants: a rotating platform or a fixed one. Researchers used 3D walking analysis before and after surgery to see which implant led to better walking patterns and patient satisfaction.
