Summary
This study tests whether a 3-day course can improve physical function and reduce fatigue in adults with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME). Researchers will enroll 100 people who have a CFS/ME diagnosis and are at least 50% out of school or work. The goal is to find an effective treatment for this disabling condition.
