Summary
This study looked at whether a 25-minute nap can improve simple and selective reaction times, and reduce stress related to disruptive behavior in a teaching setting. Fifty healthy, non-smoking adults who avoided caffeine took part. Researchers measured reaction times, heart rate, and perceptions of disruptive behavior over 28 weeks.
