Summary
This early-phase study tests a new radioactive drug called [212Pb] VMT-alpha-NET in 24 adults with advanced neuroendocrine tumors that have stopped responding to other treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose for future studies, not to provide a cure or direct benefit. Participants receive two doses of the drug intravenously, and researchers monitor safety and tumor response.
