20-Year study to uncover how early psychosis treatment shapes the future

Summary
This study follows 178 people who had a first episode of psychosis to see how early medication choices and relapses affect their thinking, daily life, and mental health over 20 years. Participants will have a one-time interview with a research assistant. The goal is to learn what leads to better or worse long-term outcomes, not to test a new treatment.
