Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing whether a special PET scan using 68Ga-PSMA can identify patients with advanced upper GI cancers (like stomach or pancreatic cancer) who might benefit from a targeted radiation therapy called 177Lu-PSMA. The study involves 20 adults with active adenocarcinoma. The main goal is to see if enough tumors take up the tracer to make the treatment possible.
