Summary
This early-phase study tests a new radioactive drug (177Lu-P17-087/088) in 30 men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. The drug seeks out cancer cells and delivers radiation directly to them. The study first checks safety and how much radiation reaches tumors and healthy organs, then tests higher doses to find the best amount for treatment.
