This study tests a gel placed in the tear ducts before cataract surgery to see if it helps dry eyes. About 60 adults with dry eye disease will receive the gel and be followed for 3 months. The main goal is to measure tear film stability, a key sign of eye moisture.

This study tests whether using Kera Sol eye drops for two weeks after LASIK surgery can reduce dry eye symptoms and signs. About 60 adults having LASIK in both eyes will participate. Researchers will measure changes in corneal staining and patient-reported comfort.
