Rectosigmoid carcinoma
MONDO:0002424A malignant epithelial neoplasm that arises from the rectosigmoid area and invades through the muscularis mucosa into the submucosa. The vast majority are adenocarcinomas. About 50% of colorectal carcinomas occur in the rectosigmoid area.
