Keyhole surgery may offer better drainage for liver abscesses
Disease control Not yet recruitingThis study tests a minimally invasive laparoscopic procedure to drain pyogenic liver abscesses in 30 adults who cannot have standard drainage. The goal is to see if it leads to fewer complications, faster recovery, and lower recurrence compared to open surgery or needle drainage.
