Could a Low-Dose eye drop stop constant watery eyes?
Symptom relief CompletedThis trial tests whether low-dose atropine eye drops can reduce excessive tearing (epiphora) in adults. Participants use one of two strengths (0.005% or 0.01%) in their affected eye(s) for one week. The study compares how well each dose works and monitors for any side effects.
