Can a weekend steroid pill stop vitiligo spreading in kids?

Disease control Completed

This study tests whether taking dexamethasone pills twice a week for 3 months can stop active vitiligo from spreading in children aged 4 to 9. Researchers will also monitor side effects, especially on growth and bone health. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
