MONDO:0019467An aggressive immature hematologic neoplasm formerly known as blastic NK cell lymphoma, composed of cells with a lymphoblast-like morphology. Recent evidence suggests derivation from a plasmacytoid monocyte. Patients present with cutaneous tumors and bone marrow involvement.
