ATM-related cancer predisposition
Hereditary cancer predisposition due to variation(s) in the ATM gene. Pathogenic germline variation in ATM confers an autosomal dominant predisposition to tumor formation at multiple primary sites, including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and prostate cancer.
