Primary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis
A form of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis without identifiable etiology. Primary (idiopathic) FSGS has been associated with the presence of circulating permeability factors/cytokines, which cause foot process effacement and proteinuria.
This condition has no sub-types.
