Craniofrontonasal dysplasia-Poland anomaly syndrome
Cranio-fronto-nasal dysplasia - Poland anomaly is a polymalformative syndrome characterized by craniosynostosis, Poland anomaly, cranio-fronto-nasal dysplasia, and genital and breast anomalies. Less than ten cases have been described so far.
