Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new oral drug called ZX-8177. It will involve about 80 Chinese adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to see how the body handles the drug and to check for any side effects, while also looking for early signs that it might help control the cancer.
