New cancer drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary

This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and early signs of effectiveness of a new cancer drug called ZW191. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors, such as ovarian, endometrial, and non-small cell lung cancers, that have spread or returned. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug.
