NCT ID NCT07229820
Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental tablet called ZSP1273 helps teenagers with influenza A feel better faster than a placebo. The main goal is to see if the medicine shortens the time it takes for key flu symptoms like cough, sore throat, and fever to go away.
