Summary
This early-stage trial tested the safety of a new drug called ZM-01 in two boys aged 3 to 18 with X-linked retinoschisis, a rare genetic eye condition that causes vision loss. Each boy received one injection into the eye. The main goal was to check for side effects, not to cure the disease.
