Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called ZL-85FA in adults with advanced solid tumors, including certain breast, ovarian, and prostate cancers. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, how the body processes it, and to see if it can shrink or control tumors. It is for people whose cancer has progressed despite other treatments.
