Summary
This study tests whether a daily pill called ZL-82 can reduce eczema symptoms in adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. About 111 participants will take either the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks, with checkups every two weeks. The goal is to see if the drug improves skin redness, swelling, and itchiness better than a dummy pill.
