Summary
This study tested a new experimental drug called ZL-82 in 41 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The drug is designed to target the immune system, but this early-phase trial did not aim to treat any disease. Researchers also checked whether the drug affects the heart's electrical activity.
