Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new experimental drug called ZL-6201 in adults with advanced sarcoma and other solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand how the body processes the drug, while also looking for early signs that it might help control the cancer. Researchers will enroll about 180 participants who have already tried a few other treatments without success.
