New eczema drug ZL-1503 enters first human safety trials

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a new medicine called ZL-1503 is safe for people with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). About 84 healthy volunteers and eczema patients will receive either the drug or a placebo. Researchers will monitor for side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
