Summary
This Phase 1 trial tested a single dose of ZKLJ02 injection in 50 healthy Chinese adults to see if it is safe and how the body handles it. Participants received either the drug or a placebo by IV over 2 hours. The study measured side effects, drug levels in blood, and effects on blood clotting.
