Summary
This study is testing whether a new gel dressing called ZKARE helps heal chronic wounds like pressure sores, diabetic foot ulcers, and leg ulcers better than standard care alone. About 134 people with hard-to-heal wounds will be randomly assigned to receive either the new gel plus standard care or just standard care. Researchers will track how well the wounds heal, how safe the gel is, and how it affects quality of life over 12 weeks.
