Summary
This study tests a new device called the ZIPPER aortic arch stent-graft system in 127 people with a tear in the main artery near the heart (aortic arch dissection). The goal is to see if it is safe and works well to repair the artery without major complications like stroke or death. Participants must be 18-80 years old and meet specific artery size requirements.
