Summary

This study tests a new device called the ZIPPER aortic arch stent-graft system in 127 adults with aortic arch dissection, a life-threatening tear in the main artery. The goal is to see if it is safe and works well by checking for major problems within 30 days and success at 12 months. Participants must be 18-80 years old and meet specific artery size requirements.
