Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new targeted drug called ziftomenib combined with chemotherapy in children and young adults (up to age 21) whose acute leukemia has returned or not responded to standard treatment. The study focuses on finding the safest dose and understanding how the drug works in the body. About 20 participants with specific genetic changes (KMT2A-r, NUP98-r, or NPM1-m) will be enrolled.
