Summary
This is an early-stage study to find a safe dose and see how the body handles a new drug called ZGGS18. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have no other standard treatments left. The main goals are to check for side effects and see how the drug moves through the body, while also looking for early signs that it might help control the cancer.
