NCT ID NCT05864573
Summary
This was the first study in humans to test a new drug called ZGGS15 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to check the drug's safety, see what side effects occur, and find the highest dose patients can tolerate without severe problems. Researchers also looked for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
