Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called ZG006 helps people with relapsed small cell lung cancer live longer than standard chemotherapy. The trial will enroll 420 adults whose cancer has returned after previous treatment. Researchers will directly compare ZG006 against chemotherapy chosen by doctors to see which is more effective and safer.
