Promising combo aims to add months for deadly thyroid cancer patients

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, zanzalintinib and cemiplimab, in people with a rare and fast-growing thyroid cancer called anaplastic thyroid cancer that has a specific gene type (BRAF wild-type). The goal is to see if this treatment can extend survival by about 4 months compared to current expectations. The trial will enroll 24 adults and monitor safety and side effects.
