New stent graft offers hope for patients with hard-to-treat aortic aneurysms

Summary
This study is testing a new device called the Zenith Fenestrated+ Endovascular Graft to treat complex aortic aneurysms (bulges in the main artery) that involve nearby branch arteries. The goal is to repair the aneurysm safely using a minimally invasive procedure, avoiding open surgery. About 105 adults with large or fast-growing aneurysms will be enrolled to see if the device works well and has few serious complications.
