First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding an experimental drug (ZEN003694) to two approved cancer drugs (cetuximab and encorafenib) is safe and effective for people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer (BRAF V600E) that has spread and no longer responds to standard treatments. About 30 adults will take part. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can slow tumor growth.
